DR. CHRISTOPHER KOLADE, CON – Director
A Commander of the Order of the
A past President for and Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management and also past President and Companion of the Nigerian Institute of Management, he started his career in 1955 as an education officer in the Ministry of Education in the old Western Nigeria. In 1960, he joined the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation and retired as Director-General in 1978 to join Cadbury
An avid exponent of corporate governance, Dr. Kolade, who is Chairman, Convention of Business Integrity [Nigeria] and member of Transparency in Nigeria, taught corporate governance, human resource management and leadership at the Lagos Business School from 1995- 2002.

DR. OKECHUKWU ENELAMAH – Director
A qualified chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst, he was elected George F. Baker Scholar and designated Loeb Fellow for academic excellence in the area of finance at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he earned a Master in Business Administration [MBA] with high distinction in 1994.
A medical doctor by training, Enelamah’s journey into the world of finance began in 1988 at Arthur Andersen & Co. [now KPMG Professional Services WA] where he led project teams as senior consultant and audit senior. He went on to work in the

MR. RICHARD IKIEBE – Director
Mr. Richard Okhumale Ikiebe, a media and management consultant, is Managing Partner/CEO of Raitas Limited, a management-consulting firm based in Lagos Nigeria.
Mr. Ikiebe has among others served as the special Adviser to the Chief of General Staff (1998-99) and Special Assistant to the Minister of Information and Culture [1986-1990]. He was the Executive Director, Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (1990-92), Editor, Pan African News Agency (1984-1986), Consultant to the OAU, (1989-1990) and Vision 2010 (1997).
Mr. Ikiebe holds a Masters and Bachelors degrees from the universities of Ohio and Wisconsin, respectively. A consummate entrepreneur, Mr. Ikiebe currently sits on the Board of several companies. He has also worked with several media and international organizations in Nigeria and abroad.
MRS. ABIODUN OGUNKANMI – Director
Mrs. Abiodun Ogunkanmi is a 1984 Business Administration graduate of the University Of Lagos. In 1990 she joined Marreco Services Limited Ikoyi, Lagos as its Research Officer, and three years later moved over to Ralph Newheaven Limited, Lagos.
Mrs. Ogunkanmi who is an associate member of the Chartered Institute Of Secretaries and Administrators, also sits on the board of several other Companies.
ALHAJI. HUSSAINI ABDULRAHMAN – Director
Alhaji. Hussaini Abdulrahman is a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University from where he obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree. After a brief stint with the law firm of Festus Oguntoye & Co, he set up his Law Practice of Hussaini Abdulrahman & Company.
In 1985 he established Rahman Brothers Group of Companies, a trading concern with investments in steel, timber and construction, log processing and export, trade, tractor and equipment hire services, pharmaceutical services, Estate Development, solid mineral exploration, mining and processing .He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
He was a member of the sub- committee on legal matters of the technical committee on privatization and commercialization.
MR. OLADAPO EGBEYEMI – Director
Mr. Oladapo Egbeyemi is an Accountant and the Chief Executive Officer of Worthwhile Ventures Limited, a trading concern. He graduated from the University of Lagos in 1985 with B. Sc. in Business Administration and had worked at various times with the Nigeria International Bank [CITI BANK].
He was a pioneer staff of Chartered Trust Bank from where he went into private business.
MR DOMINIC ICHABA – AG. Managing Director / Chief Executive
Dominic Ichaba joined the Cornerstone group as the pioneer General Manager and Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of its subsidiary, Cornerstone Trustees Limited in 1999. He was appointed Company Secretary of Cornerstone Insurance plc in September, 2002 to strengthen the management. Before he resumed with the Cornerstone Group, he was Senior Manager, Investment Banking and Head, Capital Markets Group at Rims Merchant Bank Limited. An astute administrator with competencies in corporate strategy, organizational transformation and legal/statutory matters, Ichaba has played vital roles in setting the strategic direction, policies and processes of the top underwriting company.
An Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Stockbroker. He has attended top management courses both at home and abroad including; Advanced Management Programme at Lagos Business School; International Financial Law at Oxford, U.K, Corporate Legal Advisors and Human Resources Strategy in Transforming Organizations at The Management School, London, U.K and the London Business School, U.K respectively.
Until his recent appointment as Acting Managing Director/CEO, he was an Executive Director with supervisory functions spanning human capital, legal services, asset management and brand management. A versatile professional, Ichaba obtained a bachelors degree in Law from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1984 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985.
VICE ADMIRAL. MIKE AKHIGBE – Director
Vice Admiral. Mike Akhigbe holds an LLM [International Maritime Law], from the IMO Maritime Law Institute of the University of Malta, Malta. He was called to the bar in 2000 following his graduation from the University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws [LLB] degree. He is distinguished in various fields of maritime law administration spanning over 36 years of experience. Among his many business ventures is a law firm administered in Lagos.
He held the position of Chief of General Staff and Vice Chairman of the Provisional Ruling Council of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1999.
MR. PETER AMEADAJI – Alternate Director
Mr. Peter Ameadaji is the principal partner in the firm of Peter Ameadaji & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and was called to bar as a solicitor and advocate of the supreme court of Nigeria. He holds an executive MBA from I.E.S.E Business school of the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain.
He started his law career with the Civil Litigation Division of the federal Ministry of Health as an Assistant Legal Adviser. He joined union bank of Nigeria PLC in 1985 as a Legal Officer. He left there for African International Bank Limited (then Bank of Credit and Commerce International [ Nigeria] Limited) where he served as Assistant Company Secretary/legal Adviser until he went into full time private practice.
Mr. Peter Ameadaji serves the board of some charity organizations and companies. He has attended several training programs and seminars on law, management, and leadership in the United States of America, Canada, Israel, France and Spain. He is also an Alumni of Lagos Business School.
DR. BARNABAS GEMADE – Director
Dr. Barnabas Gemade is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he graduated in 1974 with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
He started his career with Ezeh Aro and Partners in 1975. After brief stints with various engineering firms, he became the Deputy Managing Director of Benue Cement Company PLC Gboko, Benue State. In 1987 he became it's Managing Director. He was the Chairman of the People's Democratic Party Of Nigeria between 1999 and 2001.
He is a member of various bodies within and outside the country
